HALLELUJAH!
We just sold the 2nd side of the Winona duplex, our first real estate project, on Friday. What a relief! It took us 21 months to buy a house, get permits, tear it down, rebuild it, and sell it. There were a lot of frustrating times and plenty of hard work (especially when I was pregnant!), but it was all worth it, and I'm ready to start another one!
